Job Description

Clinic-Based | Full-Time & Part-Time

We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in a structured, supportive clinic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
• Collect accurate session data and complete timely notes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured therapy environment
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure consistency in care

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• RBT certification preferred (training available)
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field (preferred)
• Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, kneel, stand, and actively engage with clients for extended periods
• Ability to respond quickly and safely in behavioral or crisis situations

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 therapy sessions using ABA principles
• Follow and implement individualized treatment plans
• Record accurate data and maintain detailed session notes
• Communicate effectively with team members and caregivers
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Participate in required trainings and team meetings
