Shift: Day shift (7a-7p)
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs. * Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. * Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols. * Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. * Respond promptly to life-threatening situations using established protocols and critical care skills.
