RN - Outpatient * Salary Range: $35 to $42 per hour, based on relevant years of experience * Location: Larimer County * Status: Full-time * Hours: 40 hours per week Role Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives. Required: * Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurse * Will train a new grad with strong interest in Behavioral Health and withdrawal management Licenses and Certifications: * Colorado or Compact licensed nurse in good standing in state of licensure required * Registered Nurse License required * Valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record required * DORA license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire required * Basic Life Support Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Total Rewards At SummitStone Health Partners, we are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our team members.
