Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Shifts Available: Days / Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Summary:
Under general supervision, the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides comprehensive respiratory care services to patients of all ages. This role includes administering routine and complex respiratory therapies and managing mechanical ventilation in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all respiratory care–related duties in accordance with hospital policies
• Set up and administer routine and complex respiratory therapy treatments
• Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and departmental records
• Function independently when the Team Leader is unavailable

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of RRT experience
• Completion of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program (Associate Degree required)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Florida RRT license in hand
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Compensation & Differential

Hourly Pay Range (Based on Experience):

• Under 1 year: $27.42
• 2–3 years: $29.89
• 4–5 years: $31.12
• 6–7 years: $32.36
• 9–10+ years: $33.59
• 16+ years: $36.95

Night Shift Differential: $4.50/hour
