Residential Helper/Top Helper Electrician Gordonsville, TN

Minimum 2 years of Experiencein Residential New Construction

• Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
• Use hand tools and power tools to pull wire, install outlets, switches, fixtures, and panels according to schematics and blueprints
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to support accurate installations
• Support the setup of electrical systems, such as wiring, while following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
• Conduct basic troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to identify electrical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites or job locations, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Collaborate with team members on framing carpentry tasks related to electrical installations and support overall construction activities

• Prior experience with industrial or commercial electrician work is highly desirable
• Hands-on experience with construction sites or residential projects is preferred
• Proficiency with hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers), power tools (drills, saws), and testing equipment such as ohmmeters
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
