Job DescriptionJob description:

We’re looking for a dynamic and hospitality-driven Event Manager who brings organization, creativity, and a true passion for Texas-style dining and entertaining. This role is responsible for managing all private and special events, handling client enquiries from first contact to execution, and ensuring every gathering reflects the warmth, flavor, and authenticity of our Texan BBQ experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary point of contact for all event and group dining enquiries, including private parties, corporate events, celebrations, and buyouts.

· Manage the full event lifecycle: enquiry handling, client consultations, proposals, contracts, deposits, planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.

· Coordinate closely with culinary, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless event execution.

· Create customized event experiences that reflect our Texas BBQ brand, menu offerings, and service style.

· Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring timing, service flow, and guest experience exceed expectations.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

· Manage event calendars, floor plans, staffing needs, and logistics for each event.

· Handle guest feedback and resolve any event-related concerns with professionalism and warmth.

· Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote events, seasonal offerings, and special experiences.

· Assist with social media and promotional initiatives related to events, private dining, and group bookings.

· Track event revenue, reporting, and performance metrics to support business growth.

· Uphold brand standards, atmosphere, and hospitality values during all events.

What You Bring:

· 4+ years of experience in event management and restaurant operations (high-volume or casual dining preferred).

· Strong client-facing skills with the ability to confidently manage enquiries and close bookings.

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.

· A genuine appreciation for Texas culture, BBQ, and lively hospitality environments.
