Currently, we have a Branch Manager opportunity with a well-established financial institution. The Branch Manager is responsible for below specific duties.
Your Specific Duties Will Include:

  • Overseeing the administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including operations, client service, product sales, security, and compliance.
  • Hiring, training, and developing branch staff while fostering a strong team environment.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Monitoring and analyzing branch performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensuring the branch's overall profitability and financial success.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to create a positive client experience.

Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:

  • Proven sales ability and demonstrated success in growing branch revenue.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a branch banking environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in branch management.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and customer service.
  • Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of employees.
  • Active involvement in business-related community organizations (e.g., Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
  • Notary Public preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $74,880 - $101,200 per year
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
