Job Description

This role is in-office at our location in St. Petersburg

Klement Family Dental is growing, and looking for an on-site Revenue Cycle Coordinator to grow with our office! As a Revenue Cycle Coordinator with Klement Family Dental you could earn anywhere from $19-$25/hr. base pay while earning additional in incentives and bonuses. Responsibilities:

• Generate and analyze aging reports on a regular basis
• Claims submission
• Post incoming payments
• Dentist Credentialing
• Make collection calls in order to discuss and arrange payments on delinquent accounts
• Monitor patient accounts
• Generate and send statements to patients
• Identify and oversee process of sending accounts to collections as needed
• Document all activity using Dental software
• Prepare and maintain additional reports
• Maintain YTD collections percentage at healthy rate of 99%
• Perform the duties of a Patient Coordinator as needed: answering phones, conducting check-in/check-out procedures and other general customer service duties
• Support management as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Prior customer service experience in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Strong organization skills and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer knowledge
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Comfortable seeing patients and able to maintain a professional demeanor and attitude.
