As a Sales Development Representative, your main focus will be prospecting and engaging potential clients by making outbound calls to leads. Engage and qualify prospects to ensure a smooth handoff to licensed sales producers.

Follow call scripts and adjust conversations based on customer responses.

Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude on every call.

Accurately document lead interactions and appointment details.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly call goals.

Requirements
