What You’ll Do
Sell & Close Deals – Personally drive new business, focusing on multi-location, multimarket portfolio accounts.
Develop Winning Sales Strategies – Work with leadership to refine Whitebox’s prospecting, outreach, and deal-closing playbook.
Engage with Founders & C-Suite Executives – Understand the strategic real estate needs of businesses with 20+ employees.
Drive Market Expansion – Help grow Whitebox’s presence in DFW and beyond, landing major accounts.
What You Need to Succeed
2+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience (Commercial Real Estate, SaaS, Finance, or other complex sales industries preferred).
Excellent writing & communication skills—can craft persuasive messaging with clarity.
Extreme accountability & discipline—you don’t just meet quotas, you set the standard.
Competitive drive—you want to beat the big firms, not work for them.
