Position Overview

Ensuring the execution of a strategy to boost the sales of our products in assigned stores and hit the respective goals in developed areas. Taking on the role of brand ambassador in stores, building positive relationships with customers, and ensuring sales stability, exceptional product displays, and product rotation.
Job Details

  • Follow the established route for visits and report information.
  • Arrange the product appropriately on displays and maintain them in optimal conditions, including product rotation based on expiration dates.
  • Ensure the store is covered with POP material.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of different product displays and store designs on sales figures.
  • Ensure product rotation and monitor the sales performance of the products.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the store manager and distributor sales representatives.
  • Supervise the store's storage space to maintain an inventory appropriate to its characteristics.
  • Generate a weekly management report.
  • Review, monitor, and manage inventory in the store for subsequent order suggestion generation.
  • Understand the customer base and comprehend their motivations and purchasing drivers. Review customer feedback to predict sales trends and stock demand.
  • Achievement of sales targets.
  • Follow up with distributors for order generation and subsequent product delivery to the store.
  • Apply promotional discounts in the sale of our products, according to business opportunities, in coordination with the Territorial Management.
  • Ensure that the represented stores are driven in their respective categories.
  • Research and monitor industry trends and consumer behaviour to anticipate demands and changes in purchasing patterns. Review competitors, including prices, profits, marketing, and other advancements.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English − Spanish)
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of experience in the commercial field.
  • 1 year of experience as a merchandiser in the food and beverage industry, preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
