Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time, onsite bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20262027 school year in Springfield, MA. This contract role supports student communication needs within a school setting, requiring strong clinical skills and effective collaboration with educators and families. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver speech and language therapy services to school-aged children * Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans * Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports * Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student language development * Participate in meetings and parent conferences as needed Qualifications: * Active Massachusetts SLP license (please provide proof with application) * Bilingual proficiency preferred to meet diverse student needs * Experience working in school environments with pediatric clients * Ability to pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI checks * Reliable transportation with punctuality essential Location: Springfield, Massachusetts (Onsite only) Additional Requirements: * Notify school and recruiter promptly if unable to attend due to illness * Complete required compliance steps swiftly, including CORI screening * Interview via Microsoft Teams (1530 minutes) The opportunity includes engaging with a supportive community focused on empowering students through effective speech-language services.
