We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Tampa office and take a leadership role in high-stakes, complex matters.

What You Will Do

• Lead complex civil litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and appeal
• Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies
• Draft and oversee pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, argue hearings, attend mediations, and try cases
• Serve as first chair or significant trial counsel in jury trials
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff
• Collaborate with firm leadership on case development and client strategy
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and results

What We Are Looking For

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 8–12 years of civil litigation experience
• Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Civil jury trial experience is required
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience in tort, personal injury defense, or plaintiff litigation preferred
• Prior supervisory or mentorship experience preferred
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on litigation execution
