We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Tax Reporting & Compliance. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of worldwide tax accounting and US income tax compliance and reporting. By joining LiveRamp, youll have the opportunity to impact our operations on a global scale, by solving complex tax problems, improving existing processes, and driving strategic decisions that affect the companys global tax posture. Manage preparation of the quarterly and annual worldwide tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 Prepare or review tax-related SEC disclosures Prepare or review quarterly technical memos on matters related to the tax provision (including valuation allowance, uncertain tax positions, etc.) Ensure proper documentation of the quarterly and annual tax provision processes to satisfy SOX 404 requirements S. tax provisions Manage GAAP and non-GAAP effective tax rate modeling and forecasting Foster effective working relationships with finance, legal, accounting, IT, and other functions on a global basis Manage relationships with external financial statement auditors and outside tax advisors Manage preparation of the US federal consolidated and state income tax returns Manage preparation of all federal consolidated, international, and state workpapers Partner closely with outside service provider to ensure efficiency and quality of the return preparation process Review federal consolidated and state income/franchise tax returns prepared by outside service provider Manage annual research credit data gathering and calculations Coordinate quarterly estimated tax and annual extension tax payments Communicate tax matters and results to management and audit committee Oversee all federal and state income tax audits Ensure resolution of all federal and state tax inquiries, requests, and notices Identify and/or lead implementation of cash tax planning strategies Optimize tax-related processes Work collaboratively to solve complex tax challenges, improve existing processes, and drive strategic decisions that affect the companys global tax posture. BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field ~15+ years of combined public accounting and in-house corporate tax experience ~ Ability to lead the US GAAP tax provision function for a multinational publicly-traded company ~ S. consolidated and state income/franchise tax return compliance ~ Exceptional process management skills, including proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously ~ S. federal and state income tax law ~ S. international tax concepts and compliance matters High tech (software/internet) industry experience highly desirable The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
