Seeking to hire experienced servers with a background in fine dining and Italian cuisine
Cicala at The Divine Lorraine is an upscale Southern Italian restaurant with a focus on rustic, authentic cuisine presented in the elegant atmosphere of the historic Divine Lorraine Hotel. Led by respected James Beard nominated chef and owner Joe Cicala together with his wife Angela, a celebrated pastry chef in her own right and James Beard nominee, the inspiration of the Cicala family history is reflected in all elements of the restaurant. The varied regional dishes, award winning wine list, and the charming dining room adorned with family photos make for a showstopping impression of Southern Italy.
We are seeking a part-time server to fulfill minimum of 2-3 shifts per week. Must have availability on weekends. Must have availability on and around holidays. Experience with Italian cuisine preferred but not necessary. We are a fine dining establishment and are looking for poised and professional candidates with a background in upscale or high-end restaurant roles.
Must have experience working in a restaurant with seated dining service (not fast casual, limited counter service, or quick order) and gracious hospitality. Applicants lacking adequate experience will not be considered.
