Your New Role

As a Service Dispatcher & Administrator in Rifle, CO you will be the backbone of our service department, ensuring smooth communication between customers, service managers, and field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming calls from homeowners and assess their service needs.
  • Create and manage work orders based on customer conversations.
  • Utilize industry-specific software to schedule and dispatch service teams.
  • Maintain real-time communication with field employees and the service manager.
