Location: LeRoy, MI

Shift: 1st shift

Pay: $16+ per hour - BOE

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Shipping/Office Assistant to join our team in LeRoy, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to provide essential administrative and shipping support in a friendly and worker-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing


As a Shipping/Office Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Answer Phones: Maintaining a pleasant and professional first point of contact for all callers and following through with necessary communication.
  • Assist with Office Duties: Ensuring all daily administrative tasks, including incoming/outgoing mail and filing, are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Generating Invoices: Contributing to the financial and administrative cycle of the business by preparing necessary documents.

In addition, you will also be expected to utilize your computer skills in programs like Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with QuickBooks experience being preferred.
