Job Description

About the Role:
The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with behavioral health and addiction-related needs. Working under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Therapist will manage a caseload, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and participate in treatment planning and discharge processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Support clients and families through treatment and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Current licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC) or license eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare; residential treatment experience preferred.
• Strong ethics, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with MAT services preferred.
