Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a school in Blue Springs, MO, beginning in early May and continuing through the end of the school year, with the potential to extend through the summer ESY session and into the 202627 school year. This contract position involves providing direct speech therapy services to an elementary caseload consisting of students with high needs. The role requires on-site work and approximately 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services aligned with students' individual education plans (IEPs). * Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development. * Monitor and document student progress and modify therapy plans as necessary. * Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning. Qualifications: * Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. * Experience working in school-based settings with elementary-aged students. * Ability to manage a caseload of students with diverse and high speech and language needs. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working within a school community. Contract Details: * Position starts between May 6 and May 13, running through May 22 for the current school year. * Summer ESY dates from June 130 (with June 19 off for the holiday). * Potential to continue in August for the start of the next school year (calendar pending finalization).
