Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist serving students from PreK through 3rd grade at an elementary school setting. The contract runs for the current school year with a schedule of 35 hours per week, providing a consistent and engaging work experience. The location is in the Trenton, NJ area. Responsibilities include: * Conducting speech and language assessments for students to identify communication disorders * Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans * Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress * Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with state and district guidelines * Participating in IEP meetings and contributing professional recommendations Qualifications and desired experience: * Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) * Eligibility for School SLP certification and/or holding a CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) typically preferred * Experience working with school-aged children, particularly PreK through early elementary levels * Knowledge of school-based speech and language interventions * Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and families Benefits include working in a supportive school environment focused on early childhood development and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills.
