Job Description
The Therapy Grove is growing our community of in-home SLPs.
Everyone’s journey is unique--including yours. We believe that the best way to provide quality care for our clients (who are mostly families with young children) is to build a healthy and encouraging work environment where everyone on our team can grow. We’ll help you build your own schedule around your own life while providing consistent communication and support.
We are looking for SLPs to conduct assessments and provide therapy in-home and occasionally in-clinic around the Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades area. CEU reimbursement offered after 3 months of employment.
Duties:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the nature and extent of speech and language impairments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience with pediatrics
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour depending on experience.
