Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school setting located in Eden Prairie/Minneapolis, MN. This position offers a .5 FTE contract role working onsite with students in grades 1 through 8. The role focuses on delivering speech-language therapy to support students communication skills and academic success. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students * Provide direct therapy services to students in grades 1-8 * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress * Document and monitor student progress in compliance with state and district guidelines * Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise related to speech and language goals Qualifications: * Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist * Experience working with school-aged children, preferably grades 1-8 * Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and related interventions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work onsite in a school environment in Eden Prairie/Minneapolis, MN This role provides an engaging environment to make a meaningful impact on students communication development within a supportive school community.
