Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Mooresville, NC, supporting school-based services with a contract term extending through May 28, 2026. This role is ideal for an experienced SLP holding an active North Carolina license and familiarity with educational settings and systems. Key Responsibilities: * Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation within a school environment * Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) * Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress according to state and district requirements * Utilize ECATS (Exceptional Children Accountability and Tracking System) for tracking student data and compliance * Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success initiatives Qualifications and Experience: * Active North Carolina SLP license required * Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred * Experience working in school settings with children requiring speech-language services * Proficient in ECATS or similar educational tracking systems * Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective interdisciplinary work Job Details: * Location: Mooresville, NC * Full-time, 37.5 hours per week * Contract position through May 28, 2026 * Interview process conducted via Zoom Benefits of this role include the opportunity to impact student communication development in a supportive educational environment and to work within a collaborative school-based team.
