Pay: $40K - $50K/Yr (Non Exempt) + Potential Bonuses 

Location: Mission Viejo, CA 92691

Schedule:  M - F   8a - 5p

Full-Time, Direct Hire (In Office)

Staffing Consultant Job Description:

PrideStaff is seeking a dynamic, high energy Staffing Consultant who is a natural connector with candidates and customers to join our Mission Viejo, CA team.  We are seeking a relationship-driven Staffing Consultant who will manage the full-cycle recruiting process with the highest level of integrity.   As an ambassador for the office, you will connect top tier candidates and valued clients together as you manage the process of reviewing, screening, and interviewing candidates to serve the staffing needs of our clients.  The Staffing Consultant position is a full-time, in office, direct hire position with an outstanding team in Mission Viejo, CA. 

Staffing Consultant Duties & Responsibilities:

• Source, Screen, & Interview Candidates For Administrative, Financial, & Light Industrial Roles
• Coach Associates For Success by Providing Guidance on Interviews & Professional Expectations
• Act as The Primary Point of Contact For Local Businesses 
• Help Develop Business Through Phone Calls, Emails, Networking, Presentations, & In Person Client & Potential Client Visits 
• Align Candidate Skills & Career Goals With Client Requirements Using Sound Decision Making to Ensure Long Term Placement Success & Make MPC, Sales Calls, & Prescreen For Core Positions
• Help Grow Our Market Footprint Through Targeted Networking, Phone Outreach, & Strategic Sales Calls to Prospective Clients
• Manage & Negotiating Pay & Bill Rates With Clients, Balancing Market Competitiveness With Branch Profitability  
• Oversee The Candidate Experience Ensuring That References & Background Checks Are Completed With Strong Attention to Detail & Onboarding is Successful 
• Comfortable With Client Visits & in Person Presentations
• Maintain Excellent Communication With Associates & Clients Alike
• Marketing Our Key Talent to The Right Clients to Present The Perfect Candidate For The Job

Staffing Consultant Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred; However, Experience May be Substituted 
• 1+ Years of Recruiting Experience Preferred, Specifically With Staffing Light Industrial, Clerical or Administrative Roles 
• Experience in Clerical & Administrative Recruiting Preferred or Light Industrial or a blend of Both
• Must be Comfortable With Heavy Phone Activity & Face to Face Networking 
• Strong Ability to Navigate ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems Such as Bullhorn) to Manage Candidate Pipelines & Client Data
• Excellent Attention to Detail & Time Management Skills
• Demonstrates a Heart For Service & Thrives in a Fast Paced Environment 
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred But Not Required
