Blackwater Construction Services is seeking a Superintendent to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a full-service commercial general contractor, we specialize in design-build, construction management, and renovation projects for a diverse clientele. Daily Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities Coordinate subcontractors and vendors Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Manage project documentation and reporting Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings Required Skills: General construction knowledge of best practices 5 years of Commercial Construction Experience or 3 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field. Documented success in projects ranging from $1million to $5 million dollars.
