We are seeking a tax-focused attorney to join our Lake Oswego team. This is a full-time, in-office position. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in federal tax law and the ability to work with tax issues. Candidates must be comfortable with researching and applying their findings.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Research and analyze federal and state tax laws
* Assist with tax planning, compliance, and issue resolution
* Interpret statutes, regulations, and administrative guidance
* Prepare written tax analyses, memoranda, and summaries
* Monitor and stay current on changes in federal and multi-state tax law
*Qualifications*
* LL.M. in taxation required
* Strong foundational knowledge of federal tax law
* Experience working through tax rules for LLCs, corporations, trusts, and individuals
* Excellent legal research and writing skills
* Ability to independently locate and evaluate authoritative tax resources.
