We're currently hiring *Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT)* to join our growing team in Meadville, PA.
*What Youll Do:*
* Opportunity available to observe the program to experience the satisfaction of working with marginalized individuals involved with the criminal justice system.
* Perform group, individual, and family therapy sessions focused on trauma, healing, and rehabilitation for clients involved in the criminal justice system.
* Receive training in evidence-based, innovative treatment models for individual, group, and family therapy.
* Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Weekly supervision and comprehensive, ongoing training with Audrey Smith, Licensed Psychologist, to help you learn and grow in this specialty field.
* Work collaboratively with the courts as well as county, state, and federal probation, and parole offices to coordinate care and safe readjustment of individuals into the community.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Enjoy *no on-call or weekend work*
*Pay & Benefits:*
* *$70,000+ annual salary potential*, our therapists are paid a base salary with additional earnings determined by experience and hours billed (_no cap on earnings_)
* *Up to $8,000 sign-on/retention bonus* for fully licensed professionals
* *Minimum 4 weeks of paid time off (PTO)*

*Requirements:*
* Must be fully licensed in Pennsylvania as one of the following:
* LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
* LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
* LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
* Passion for trauma-informed, client-centered care
* Strong documentation and time management skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
