Do you have a background in heavy truck maintenance or repair and want to put that knowledge to work in a fast-paced office environment? We’re looking for a *Repair Service Coordinator (Breakdown Agent)* to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact when drivers experience truck or trailer issues on the road. You’ll coordinate the repair process, use your technical knowledge to guide drivers through proper procedures, and work with repair vendors to get trucks back on the road quickly and safely.

*What You’ll Do*

* Answer incoming calls and service requests from drivers experiencing breakdowns or maintenance needs.
* Instruct drivers on the correct service and repair protocols while on the road.
* Coordinate with repair shops, service departments, and roadside assistance providers.
* Keep operations and supervisors updated on truck and driver status.
* Create and reconcile service purchase orders.

*What We’re Looking For*

* *Required:* Solid knowledge of heavy truck and trailer maintenance and repair.
* *Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.*
* Proficient with Windows programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues clearly.
