Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in East Saint Louis, IL, serving K-12 students. This role is designed for an experienced SLP with a focus on school settings, providing essential speech and language therapy to support students communication development across a diverse age range. Key Qualifications: * Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) mandatory, candidates without this will not be considered * Credentials: SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion preferred * Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services * Ability to work effectively with K-12 students with varied communication needs Responsibilities: * Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school environment * Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress * Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with school and state guidelines * Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each student in both individual and group settings * Participate in student-related meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Details: * Location: East Saint Louis, Illinois (travel position) * Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week * Duration: Immediate start through June 5, 2026 Benefits and Perks: * Competitive weekly pay * Comprehensive insurance package including medical, dental, vision, and life coverage * Matching 401(k) retirement plan * Flexible spending account options Qualified candidates with the required Illinois PEL and the skills to deliver impactful therapy in a school setting are encouraged to apply promptly for this rewarding travel opportunity.
