We are seeking an experienced *Trusts & Estates Attorney* to join our growing practice. This role focuses on estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and elder law matters.
This is a client-facing position ideal for an attorney who enjoys working directly with individuals and families on practical planning and administration matters.
*Responsibilities*
* Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney)
* Handle probate and estate administration matters
* Advise clients on estate planning and elder law considerations
* Counsel executors, trustees, and beneficiaries
* Assist with creditor claims involving estates and trusts
* Maintain strong client relationships
*Qualifications*
* J.D. from an accredited law school
* Active Pennsylvania bar license (required)
* Additional bar admissions (DE, NJ, NY) desirable, but not required
* 4+ years of trusts and estates experience
* Experience with estate planning and probate/administration
* Strong communication and organizational skills
*Preferred*
* Experience with elder law or fiduciary matters
* Exposure to estate disputes or creditor-related issues
* Portable book of business (not required)

* Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
