CHS, Inc is looking for a driven individual to join our Feed Mill team in Hermiston, OR as a Union Operations Specialist. You will perform diver mill operations such as feed making, recieving, mixing and pelleting our feed products & any additional general operator tasks needed. This position offers 1st Shift hours 5:00am-1:30pm Monday - Friday, onsite training, competitive pay & benefits, and the opportunity to be a part of the largest cooperative in the U.S. Our feed mill is a key component in the formulation of the highest quality ingredients and all the essentials to improve health, performance and production. Compensation DataCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
