Dr. Winter, a board-certified veterinary dentist, provides advanced dental care twice monthly. Dr. Hodgson, DVM, brings expertise and focused training in ophthalmology. We also offer - on-site MRI and CT -capabilities to support advanced diagnostics and timely treatment. Home to Arkansas's First and Only Veterinary Blood Bank Our in-house - Veterinary Blood Bank- The Animal Blood Bank of NWA -supplies plasma and packed red blood cells to our patients and clinics throughout Northwest Arkansas and the Alliance network. As a Criticalist, you'll have immediate access to lifesaving transfusion products when seconds matter. K9 Trauma Response Program We proudly train local K9 police units in field trauma response and supply them with complete trauma kits, helping protect the working dogs that protect our communities. Qualifications Board Certified or Board eligible Veterinary Crticalist DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school. Valid veterinary license to practice in Arkansas. Previous experience in emergency or critical care preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a commitment to client education. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-doctor environment.
