Core Responsibilities As Warehouse Site Manager, you will direct all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of food products. Must-Have Requirements Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Minimum five years of warehouse management experience in a high-volume distribution environment
- Proven track record managing teams of 15+ employees with excellent people management skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, FSMA, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for inventory and performance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed productivity, safety, and quality targets
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekend or shift-based schedules as needed
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment
