Webflow Developer

Development, Design and Growth

Locations:
• New York – In Person
• London – In Person
• Remote – Poland
• Remote – South America (Native-level English required; must overlap with EU & US time zones)

Hours: 30 hours per week (additional hours are negotiable for the right candidate - with compensation adjusted on a pro-rata basis)
Compensation: €3,500–€4,000 per month / $3,780–$4,320 per month / £2,975–£3,400 per month


About the Role

Physitrack is hiring a Webflow Developer to own and scale our Webflow infrastructure and performance marketing website.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, growth, and commercial strategy. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining a high-performance marketing site that directly impacts revenue.

You will collaborate closely with skilled commercial and growth teams, working in a fast-paced environment where execution quality and measurable outcomes matter.


What You’ll Be Responsible ForWebflow Development & Architecture
  • Build responsive, scalable Webflow pages from Figma designs or structured briefs
  • Develop reusable components with clean, maintainable class systems
  • Architect structured CMS collections for dynamic content
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive integrity
  • Maintain clean, performance-oriented front-end implementation
Ongoing Maintenance & Stability
  • Proactively monitor site health and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve layout issues, CMS errors, and broken integrations
  • Manage smooth staging-to-production deployments
  • Maintain high standards of reliability and technical hygiene
A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization
  • Build and launch A/B test variants
  • Implement and configure testing tools
  • Ensure accurate KPI and event tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing to analyze performance and roll out winning variants
Performance & Technical SEO
  • Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals
  • Implement structured data and semantic markup
  • Maintain strong internal linking and site architecture
  • Ensure on-page SEO best practices and accessibility standards
Integrations & Marketing Stack
  • Implement and maintain CRM, analytics, tracking pixels, and automation integrations
  • Ensure clean data flow and accurate attribution
  • Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies
  • Maintain reliable event tracking across systems

Who You Are
  • Deep hands-on Webflow expertise (CMS, components, performance tuning)
  • Strong understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Experience running or supporting A/B testing frameworks
  • Comfortable working directly with commercial and marketing stakeholders
  • Data-driven and commercially aware
  • Highly autonomous and structured

For South America applicants:

  • Native-level English communication skills
  • Willingness to work overlapping hours with Europe and US time zones
