Sales Manager - Duncan, SC, USA

On-Site - Full Time.

  • This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop, drive and grow sales for FlexQube. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the FlexQube concept, managing existing accounts, and bringing in new customers. The ideal candidate for this position should be highly driven, and thrive in a fast-growing team-focused international environment. Domestic travel of up to 70% is to be expected. The office location for the position is preferrably Duncan, SC where we have our North America HQ and Production Plant but this can be discussed. In this role you report directly to the CEO in Sweden.

What youll be doing more specifically

  • Manage existing accounts and bring in new customers
  • Build, maintain, and develop customer relationships with key people related to material handling, lean processes, manufacturing, and logistics in their industry segments
  • Manage automation projects with our new product eQart - an autonomous solution for material movement, yet customizable since it is based on the same standard building block from FlexQube
  • Contact targeted customers using our defined sales process and work together with our global sales organization as many of our customers have locations in several countries
  • Present the FlexQube concept during customer meetings and gather information and requirements about the customers businesses and processes
  • Oversee projects from start to finish by making sure our design team match the design of the solution with the requirement of the customer

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Min. 5 years technical B2B solution sales experience
  • Experience with automation projects including AGVs/AMRs or similar equipment is a big plus
  • Intralogistics and supply chain logistics experience
  • Customer service excellence and outstanding ability to deliver customer satisfaction and build long-lasting customer relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite and CRM
  • Outstanding English verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Great interpersonal relationships skills with the ability to create trust
  • Organized, detail-oriented with great multitasking skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 70%
