We are looking for a passionate and reliable Assistant Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and eager to work in a fast-paced culinary environment while supporting the chefs in delivering high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities
• Assist the chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation
• Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and preparing sauces
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
• Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency
• Assist during service with station setup and execution
• Ensure proper food storage and follow food safety standards
• Support kitchen operations including receiving deliveries and organizing inventory
Qualifications
• Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain kitchen standards

Buscamos un Ayudante de Cocina responsable y motivado para apoyar a nuestro equipo en un ambiente de restaurante dinámico. Esta posición trabaja de cerca con el chef y el equipo de cocina para garantizar calidad, organización y eficiencia durante el servicio.
Responsabilidades
• Asistir a los chefs con la preparación diaria de alimentos
• Preparar ingredientes como cortar verduras, porcionar carnes y preparar salsas
• Mantener la limpieza y organización de la cocina y áreas de preparación
• Seguir recetas y estándares de presentación de los platos
• Apoyar al equipo durante el servicio
• Almacenar los alimentos correctamente y cumplir con normas de seguridad alimentaria
• Ayudar con la recepción de mercancía y organización de la cocina
Requisitos
• Experiencia previa en cocina o preparación de alimentos preferible
• Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente rápido
