The team you have grown to know and love at RICH TABLE is continuing to grow! We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team in a dynamic role supporting both RICH TABLE and RT Bistro.

Position Summary:
The Assistant General Manager plays a vital leadership role in the success of daily operations across both RICH TABLE and RT Bistro, working closely with ownership and the General Managers to maintain exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and strong team culture. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader with refined hospitality instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to seamlessly adapt between concepts while upholding the highest standards of guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support leadership teams in all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations across both locations
• Lead and supervise front-of-house teams to ensure flawless service execution
• Uphold and train staff on hospitality standards, service etiquette, and guest experience expectations
• Maintain a strong floor presence during service to ensure guest satisfaction and team coordination
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Collaborate closely with culinary and bar teams to ensure cohesive and elevated guest experiences
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and graciously
• Oversee reservation systems, private dining coordination, and special events
• Monitor labor, inventory, and operational costs while supporting overall business goals
• Help foster a positive, accountable, and hospitality-driven team culture

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of leadership experience within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
• Strong understanding of hospitality, food, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor with a warm, guest-first attitude
• Experience with POS and reservation systems such as Toast, OpenTable, or Resy
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure
• Wine knowledge and/or sommelier training is a plus
• Flexibility to work between both restaurant locations as business needs require
