Role Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified professional who can serve both as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP). This dual‑role position provides clinical oversight, regulatory supervision, and behavior‑analytic expertise to ensure high‑quality, compliant, and person‑centered services for our client.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Behavioral Responsibilities (BCBA Duties)

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations.
  • Develop and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to caregivers and staff.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
  • Maintain documentation that meets professional and ethical standards.

Supervisory & Compliance Responsibilities (QSP Duties)

  • Ensure services meet all state QSP regulations and quality standards.
  • Review and approve care plans, goals, and progress notes.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to direct support staff.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with families and providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all required documentation and service guidelines.

Shared Responsibilities

  • Conduct in‑person client visits every 2 months to observe progress, update plans, and ensure service quality.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the care team.
  • Maintain a person‑centered, respectful, and ethical approach in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Meets all state requirements to serve as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP).
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental, behavioral, or complex needs.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to provide both remote and in‑person services.
