• Protein Preparation: Grilling, broiling, and searing meats, poultry, and fish to precise temperatures (rare, medium-rare, etc.).
• Station Management: Managing the broiler station to ensure consistent, efficient, and timely service

• Quality Control: Ensuring food quality, flavor, presentation, and safety standards are met before serving.
• Cleaning & Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized broiler station and adhering to health and safety regulations (sanitation, equipment temperature checks).
• Prep Work: Preparing ingredients, including seasoning, marinating, and trimming proteins. 

   

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Prior experience as a broiler cook or line cook in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of broiler and grill operations, as well as meat cooking temperatures
• Teamwork: Ability to work with other kitchen staff, such as sous chefs and other line cooks, to coordinate meal service.
