Family Dentistry of Poplar Bluff is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location: 1602 W Harper Street Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901 Work Schedule (open to part-time): Monday-Wednesday 8:00am-5:00 Thursdays 8:00am-4:00pm. Some Fridays 8:00am-1:00pm 1 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix! 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment! Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses! We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available! Full-time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care. Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More! Minimum Qualifications * Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) * Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation * CPR Certification Preferred Experience * Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems * Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health * Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements * Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position * Prolonged periods sitting and standing * Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times * Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year * As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
