Description - Prototype Build Request & PCB order management from input to completion. Responsibilities include enter order in SAP, check accuracy, update, monitor order status & tracking to ensure process efficiency. - Keep track of all shipments and related documents. Focus on data accuracy and attention to details. - Order fulfillment process management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our process efficiency. - Support the end-to-end materials planning management for new product introductions (NPI) from initial concept to production launch. - Ensure material readiness to support program achievements - Proactively address material shortages, lead times, and supplier constraints to mitigate supply chain risks. - Establish and monitor critical metrics, using digital dashboards for real-time tracking of materials readiness and supply versus demand performance. - Regularly provide the leadership team with project status reports Requirements: * BS in Engineering or equivalent practical experience * 10+ years of experience in engineering build planning. manufacturing, operations, or NPI execution * +5 years within electronics or manufacturing environments * Deep understanding of technology * Experience working directly with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors * Deep understanding of NPI cycles, supply chain processes, and material planning systems * Experience working with ERP/MRP systems * Comfortable with travel within the role Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Clara, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
