✍ Short Description:
The Founding Client Success Manager will be the company's first client-facing hire, stepping into a high-ownership role where the processes, playbooks, and client experience standards will be built from the ground up. This person will manage relationships with pest control business owners while helping clients understand and apply analytical insights related to pricing and business performance. The role is responsible for providing strategic guidance, supporting service implementation, troubleshooting client concerns, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in ambiguity, and is energized by the challenge of building something from scratch rather than inheriting a structure. This is not a role for someone looking to execute within an established system — it is for someone who wants to create one.
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
