Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture

- Ensure quality control through active floor and expo management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience
- Experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
- Upscale dining, sushi, seafood, or elevated hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management
- Proven success developing teams and building positive workplace culture
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
