Your Role

• Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience
• Write accurate estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
• Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Help drive shop growth through excellent service and communication
