MercyOne?is seeking a General Surgeon to join its premier surgical team in?Mason City, IA. This dynamic, high-volume,?technologically advanced practice offers the full spectrum of surgical services.
Opportunity Highlights
* Join the team of 3 General Surgeons, 1 Acute/Trauma General Surgeon, and 2 PAs
* Hybrid General/Acute Trauma Surgeon model- 2 weeks of full-scope general surgery, 1 week of acute/trauma surgery coverage, 1 week off, every month
* Full scope: Surgical (laparoscopic, open, robotic), Endoscopy, Rounding & Clinic/ED consults
* Potential Outreach at our critical access hospitals
* Block OR time- we have 2 DaVinci XI Robots!
* OR/ASC 3 days; Clinic 2 days
* Call- 1:4 weekends
* EMR: EPIC
Benefits & Incentives
* 2-year guaranteed base: $462,000/year + production; production based starting year 3
* $100,000 Recruitment Incentive
* Moving allowance- up to $15,000

* 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days of PTO when on production
