Line Cook
Dynamo Room is a brand new steak house located at the recently developed Penn Station District in Manhattan.
The raw bar & grill is the newest project from Sunday Hospitality (Rule of Thirds, Sunday In Brooklyn, Cafe Chelsea, Hotel Chelsea Lobby Bar, El Quijote, Bedford Post Inn), opening in March 2025.
We are currently hiring for all positions in FOH and BOH, with positions starting in March.

About This Role
The Line Cook is responsible for ensuring that the culinary & operating standards of the Sunday Hospitality are executed. They need to be well versed in the menu and food offerings of the SHG outlets and know how to cook and plate dishes in a timely manner. They also need to be familiar with and drive sanitation regulations, as well as showcase those standards within the operation.
