Luxury Sales Consultant – Countertops & Cabinetry

Mayan Stonecrafters | Brevard County, FL

We are seeking a driven, design-savvy Sales Consultant to join our growing team at Mayan Stonecrafters Design Studio. This role is focused on serving high-end residential clients, builders, and designers, delivering a premium experience from concept to installation.

If you have a passion for luxury interiors, natural stone (quartzite), and custom cabinetry, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment—this is your opportunity to grow with a brand that’s redefining design on the Space Coast.

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through the selection of quartzite, quartz, and premium surfaces
• Sell and design custom cabinetry solutions
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and interior designers
• Create and present detailed quotes, layouts, and proposals
• Manage projects from first consultation to final install
• Deliver a white-glove client experience at every touchpoint

Who You Are

• Experienced in sales (construction, design, or luxury retail preferred)
• Confident working with high-end clientele
• Strong eye for design, materials, and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
