Responsibilities: - Maintain a safe, friendly, and clean work environment - Perform all Park Services Team Member duties efficiently - Train Park Services Team Members to perform duties correctly and efficiently while adhering to all Six Flags policies and standards - Interact with guests and team members professionally, assisting with issues as needed - Assist in coordinating and organizing Team Member work assignments and breaks - Maintain appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies - Complete reports such as training logs, rotation grids, maintenance reports, and others as necessary - Perform daily safety and cleanliness audits and inspections - Maintain Six Flags Guest First standards - Other duties deemed necessary by the Park Services Leadership team Qualifications: - Minimum Age: 16 - Must be willing to work at least 2 shifts during weekend only operation - Must be willing to work at least 4 shifts during daily operation - Must be willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays - Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Must have strong written and oral communication skills - Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude - Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
