Your New Role- Take over day-to-day operations as the primary leader for project execution in Kennedale, TX and surrounding areas
- Build and manage project schedules to keep jobs on track and crews fully utilized
- Oversee job sites, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to scope
- Perform routine inspections throughout each stage of construction
- Coordinate vendors and subcontractors, including timelines, scope alignment, and performance
- Maintain consistent communication with clients from kickoff through completion
- Lead customer walkthroughs to ensure satisfaction and successful closeout
- Review plans, scopes, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Support estimating efforts as needed
- Track costs, manage budgets, and maintain project profitability
- Resolve issues quickly and keep multiple projects moving forward efficiently

- At least 8 years of construction experience required, with 10 to 20 years preferred
- Strong residential construction experience with some exposure to light commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage projects, schedules, and job sites independently
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and materials
- Skilled in conducting inspections and maintaining quality standards
- Strong communication skills for working with clients, teams, and partners
- Solid negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills in active construction environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets
- Familiarity with construction documents, scopes, and workflows
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with project management and communication tools
- Estimating experience is a plus, but not required initially
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites
- Availability to interview in both virtual and in-person formats
