This position is Onsite. Our office is located at 4773 State HWY 28 Cooperstown, NY 13326.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be during normal business hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with patients and hospital staff to manage MyChart release requests and submit necessary documentation
  • Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers
  • Provide assistance with work queues, including billing operations, MyChart-related tasks, and the maintenance of release task lists
  • Prepare and scan incoming mail, email, and faxes into patient charts

This is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive, and thoroughly dealing with our members over the phone and in person.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at 4773 State HWY 28 Cooperstown, NY 13326
  • Ability to work from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the health care Industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

The hourly pay for this role will range from $18 - $32 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
